To celebrate the release of Sex and the City 2, I have created these Cosmopolitan inspired cupcakes. With cranberry filled pink sponge topped of with a lime cream cheese icing. Finally a sprinkle of pink sugar for a bit of SATC glamour.

Lemon Zest Cupcakes
My favourite cakes as a child, these zesty little powerhouses are another perfect picnic snack. With subtle lemony flavour and fluffy sponge baked in muffin cases to make them twice the size.

THE OREO CAKE
A pretty terrible example of photography here, but the subject speaks for itself. Rich dark chocolate sponge with an Oreo cheesecake icing, all topped of with a drizzling of chocolate and of course more crushed Oreo's. If you want to know the calories in this... you don't deserve to eat it.
